• This handy device is designed to be fitted to non electrical seatbelt systems so that seatbelt warnings can be fitted.
• Basically it consists of a reed switch which is encapsulated into one housing. This is fitted to the fixed buckle by the vehicle seat.
• The actuating magnet is fitted into the other housing and this is fitted to the belt buckle.
• When the seatbelt is fastened the reed switch knows the magnet is there and switches on or off the warning.
• It can also be used for any application where switching is an issue.
